THEN & NOW
Standing in the footprints of the Allied GI's

"THEN" are the pictures I have found in my rich collection of World War Two books (some on the WorldWideWeb).
"NOW" are the pictures that we have made during our numerous trips to several WW2 battlefields in a search to find these exact places. We try to have our "now" pictures as similar as possible to the "Then" pictures. However after 60 or more years it is not always easy to establish the correct composition. But... me and my dad, we do our best.
