Steel Case Vulcan Lighter

This is a circa late 1950's, Steel Case cigarette Lighter that has been inscribed for a member of the 331st Infantry Regiment. It has an applied 83rd Infantry Division insignia on the front and a 331st Infantry Regiment insignia on the reverse. The lighter was made by Vulcan in Japan.
