OG-107 Uniform
Unnamed - 83rd Replacement Company
This Post-War shirt once belonged to a member of the 83rd Infantry Division (Army Reserve). It is a "OG-107 Type I" model.
On the left sleeve of the shirt is the patch for the 83rd, the unit he was assigned to while wearing this uniform. On the right sleeve is the patch for the 8th Army with whom was deployed before joining the 83rd. Both sleeves have staff sergeant chevrons. On the front there is an US Army black and gold tag but no name tag above the other pocket. On the left breast pocket the uniform has a '83rd Replacement Company' patch. It is unknown what this denotes and could be an unofficial insignia made for a group within the division.
