K/331st Veterans grouping

Photo- and Newspapers lot identified to Pfc. Emanuel Epstein

This is a very nice grouping of four original World War Two photos and six issues of newspapers from the 83rd Infantry Division. The photos are original WW2 era and not reprints or copies and were send to me, togheter with a letter, in 2012 by Emanuel 'Manny' Epstein. The lot of Newspapers was given to my collection by Manny Epstein through the help of John Markuns, former president and current Judge Advocate with the 83rd Infantry Division Association. Some of the Newspaper were in very poor condition. They are all restored now in the most professional way possible, taking into account their age and condition. All are scanned in a high resolution pdf-file which you can find by following the links below
The lot includes: 83rd Thunderbolt Newspapers for June 2, 1945, June 23, 1945, July 14, 1945. TTF Newspapers for July 15, 1945, July 22, 1945, July 29, 1945.

This smal lot of items once belonged to Emanuel 'Manny' Epstein (#32880893), K Company, 331st Infantry Regiment.
