Frank Joseph Markham (#O-1319118) was born on October 2, 1913 in Troy, New York. He married with Ruth Hartigan on December 28, 1940.

He lived in Albany, Rensselaer County, New York, when he entered the service on January 28, 1941. His New York, Military Service Card, shown below (from Ancestry), summarize the service history of service men in the New York National Guard, the state militia, and possibly other military units. The card list the following details, name, ranks, organizations (units) and location of service history.

Frank J. Markham died on December 31, 1993. He was suvived by his wife Ruth Markham (1919-2000).
