The Story of the 330th Infantry Across Europe
and History of Company M, 330th Infantry
Unit History Booklets
First there is a small Unit History booklet of the 330th Infantry Regiment. The booklet was printed for all the members of the 330th Regiment. The Foreword is written by Colonel R.T. Foster, Commanding Officer of the 330th Regiment. Unattributed author, published by the Information, Education and Public Relations Office, 330th Infantry, undated.
The second booklet is a small Unit History booklet of M Company of the 330th Infantry Regiment. The book honors the Company's battle casualties and has a small history. It's main focus is a complete name list of the Officers and Enlisted men in the Company.
These two booklets I have in my collection are the copy's of my dear friend Captain Leo T. Hury of Company M, 330th who sadly past away on June 10, 2012. When reading the booklet Leo Hury made multiple remarks and the book has a lot of his writing in it. I got the book thanks to his son Thomas Hury. The booklets are the hard to find original versions, not some reprints.
This copy's once belonged to Captain Leo Thomas Hury (#O-535473) who was with M Company, 330th Infantry Regiment.
No date, but circa 1945-1946.
