Wynn Winston Bradley was born on January 26, 1924 in Little Rock, Arkansas as the son of Louise Reed and James H. Bradley. He lived most of his life in the Little Rock area.

Wynn W. Bradley was inducted into the Army on January 8, 1943 and reported for active service on January 15, 1943 at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. His occupation was Heavy Mortar Crewman and Squad Leader. For his service he was awarded, among other decorations, the Combat Infantryman's Badge, the Bronze Star Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, the American Defense Medal, the European African Middle-Eastern Campaign Medal with one Silver Campaign Star (for 5 Campaigns), the WW2 Victory Medal and the Marksmanship Badge.

Wynn W. Bradley was a design engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 30 years before he retired in 1976. He died at the Baptist Memorial Hospital on June 1, 1982. He was survived by his wife Mrs. Loretta I. Bradley and two sons Gary W. Bradley and Graig W. Bradley.
