Aloysius F. Rock was born on July 1, 1910, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Cecelia Mary Costello and John J. Rock.
Aloysius F. Rock enlisted the service (#33083006) on June 15, 1941 at Fort George G. Meade Maryland. He was going to the European Theatre of Operations (ETO) as a T/4 with the 83rd Infantry Division, Divisional Headquarters Company. The Morning Reports listed him as Promoted to Technical Sergeant, duty changed to Mess Sergeant (824) as of July 28, 1945.
Aloysius F. 'Babe' Rock, of Point Breeze, died May 12, 2005. Beloved husband of the late Jane Tenney Rock and Father of David T. and the late James R. Rock.
