Henry Joseph Lukach was born on September 28, 1922, in Chicago, Illinois, to Mary Dvunch and Steve J. Lukach.
The Morning Reports from April 30, 1945 listed him as assigned an joined G/331 from the 86th Reinforcement Battalion. For his service in WWII he was awarded, among other decorations, the Combat Infantryman's Badge.
Henry Lukach died on March 30, 1984.
