Victor A St Peter was born on December 9, 1917, in Garden, Michigan, to Roseanna Lanthier (1879–1972) and Theodore St Peter (1878–1968).
On January 6 1942, he enlisted into the Army in Fort Sheridan, Illinois. For his service he was awarded, among other decorations, the Combat Infantryman's Badge and the Bronze Star Medal, listed in the After Action Reports from February 1945.
Victor A St Peter died on May 24, 1997, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, when he was 79 years old.
