G.I. Stories Booklets

During World War 2 the Stars and Stripes newspaper published a series of "G.I. Stories" of the Ground, Air, and Service Forces in the European Theater of Operations. The booklets were created by the Information and Education Division, ETOUSA. The series consisted of 53 booklets. Each booklet was approximately 32 pages in length and small enough to fit in a uniform pocket or to conveniently mail home. Each booklet included a centerfold with a map of the divisions route or a photo montage. Inside the covers were a page for soldiers to record their personal information, and a page for autographs. Booklets were stamped, "Passed by censor for mailing home."

Some booklets are labeled as issued by the "Orientation Section, Information and Education Division, ETOUSA", while others are labeled as issued by "Stars and Stripes, a publication of the Information and Education Division, Special and Information Services ETOUSA."

Below are listed all different issues from my G.I. Stories Booklet collection, as well as the few I'm still looking for.
